After moving multiple times, she discovered a passion for organizing spaces, often settling in within just a few days. Friends frequently sought her help during their own moves, recognizing her unique talent for efficient packing.
Drawing on her years of experience, Smriti established SortStory, becoming a Certified Professional Organizer to assist others in decluttering their lives. The guiding principle of SortStory is "Easy to Find," addressing the common issue of wasted time searching for misplaced items. (*Stats show that people spend close to 12 days in a year looking for things which they know that they own but cannot find.)
