For many people, maintaining an organized home can be challenging due to a busy work life. Sort Story helps by creating tailored systems for every part of the house, making spaces more organized, reducing stress, and ensuring easy access to every item. We began with the kitchen, the heart of the home. We pulled everything out, sorted items into categories, and worked with the client to declutter. We then dedicated space for each category and organized it accordingly. Clear containers and labelled items enhance the kitchen’s efficiency, preventing duplicates and saving money by making stock items easily visible.
We also pulled out all the clothes, sorted them into categories, and decluttered. Since there was no hanging space, the clothes were stacked neatly. Categories included sarees, salwar sets, Kurtis, tops, bottoms, and winter wear, with each category clearly labelled.
This wardrobe had several miscellaneous categories, so we dedicated it as a kids' section. The upper shelves were used for kids' clothing and books, while the lower shelves were designated for toys, allowing easy access for the children. We used jute baskets to organize each category, making everything easily accessible and neatly arranged.
The father's wardrobe was also reorganized after categorizing and decluttering. All of his clothes were neatly stacked into different categories for easy access and organization.
This wardrobe had various categories, so we carefully segregated each section according to its purpose. The upper shelves were designated for documents and rarely used items. The next shelves were used for regular wear clothes and handbags. The middle shelf was dedicated to makeup items, while the drawers were used for innerwear and hair accessories. The bottom shelf was neatly organized for books.
We managed to create an entire cupboard space for a linen closet. We gathered all the bedsheets, blankets, pillow covers, and towels from around the house and organized them neatly. We also dedicated a specific area within the cupboard for all their travel items, ensuring everything is well-organized and easy to find.
All the miscellaneous items found around the house were categorized, and we designated a place for each of them. Here are the pictures of the colouring supplies and medicines, which have been neatly categorized and organized in separate drawers.
